Will these Terms ever change?
We are constantly trying to improve our Service, so these Terms may need to change along with the Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, but if we do, we will bring it to your attention in advance in-app or via email.
Privacy Policy
Card does not sell your profile information or any data.
Card does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personal information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. The database Card uses is constantly improving itself and looking for vulnerabilities to cyber-attacks. However, cybercriminals can be creative and find novel ways to cause mayhem. By agreeing to these terms and using this service, you make clear that you understand no online security is unequivocally secure and without risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
SMS Verification and Messaging Consent
Card Account Verification Program
Card® uses SMS messaging strictly for account authentication, account security, and recovery-anchor verification. SMS messages are transactional only and are sent only when requested or initiated by the user.
When creating an account, signing in, updating your recovery anchor, resetting your password, or verifying a recovery phone number, you may provide a mobile phone number to receive a one-time verification code.
By providing your phone number, checking the required consent box, and requesting or continuing with verification, you consent to receive one-time transactional SMS verification messages from Card® for account verification, login authentication, password reset authentication, account recovery, and recovery-anchor verification.
Card® does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Card® does not use SMS consent to send advertising, promotional offers, or unrelated messages. Consent to receive SMS verification messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: messages are sent only when requested during sign up, login, password reset, account recovery, recovery-anchor verification, or recovery phone-number updates. No recurring messages are sent.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time. After opting out, you may not be able to receive SMS verification codes unless you resubscribe where permitted.

Mobile information, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Card® may share information with service providers only as necessary to operate the Service, deliver requested transactional verification messages, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with law, or provide customer support. These service providers are not permitted to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
What are the basics of using the Service?
Card offers the ultimate platform for aggregating your presence online and connecting in person. You can "share more info" instantly, and even share it with those who don’t have the app. However, we request that you uphold standards for the benefit of the community.
As part of using the Service, you may be required to sign up for an account, and select a password and email. You promise to use Card with accurate information about yourself, and not names and information that you don’t have the right to use, or another person’s identity with the intent to impersonate that person. Your right to access the Service is personal to you and you may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission. You will not share your account or password with anyone, unless necessary or the account is shared, and you must protect the security of your account and your password. You’re responsible for any activity associated with your account. You will only use the Service and Content in a manner that complies with all laws that apply to you. If your use of the Service is prohibited by applicable laws, then you aren’t authorized to use the Service. We can’t and won’t be responsible for your use of the Service in any way that breaks the law.
You represent, warrant, and agree that you will not contribute or submit any User Submission (defined below) or other materials or otherwise use the Service or interact with the Service in a manner that:
(a) Infringes or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of anyone else;
(b) Violates any law or regulation, including any applicable export control laws;
(c) Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
(d) Jeopardizes the security of your Card account or anyone else’s;
(e) Attempts, in any manner, to obtain the password, account, or other security information from any other user;
(f) Violates the security of any computer network, or cracks any passwords or security encryption codes;
(g) Runs any form of auto-responder or “spam” on the Service, or any processes that run or are activated while you are not logged into the Service, or that otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Service (including by placing an unreasonable load on the Service’s infrastructure);
(h) “Crawls,” “scrapes,” or “spiders” any page, data, or portion of or relating to the Service or Content (through use of manual or automated means);
(i) Circumvents or attempts to circumvent any features, limitations, or restrictions of the Service (including, without limitation, attempting to access, download, export, or otherwise use or exploit any Content using any automated means or tools);
(j) Decompiles, reverse engineers, or otherwise attempts to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of or relating to the Service.
A violation of any of the foregoing is grounds for account suspension or termination of your right to use or access the Service, without refund.
Card shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Card from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Does using Card cost anything?
Certain aspects of the Service require you to pay fees, for example, in order to customize the design of your Card. Visit the Upgrade page for current description of these Services and the applicable fees. Card reserves the right to change or update fees fees and pricing applicable to the Service at any time upon notice to you (which may be sent by email, message sent in the Card app, or message sent from your operating system's app store). Your use of the Premium Service following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased fees.
We reserve the right to charge for certain or all Service.
